Fizz :-)
Team FizzyWobbles will be poised at their computers at 7pm Doc, not sure if that’s a bonus or not.

Hope Funky doesn’t play up too badly for jennyh.

Well done on your parkrun and course PB Doc!

Had a lovely time at the Fetch mile, nice to meet Team Jigs again plus various other Fetchies. Funky Monkey is currently having a snooze - he had too much cake at the Fetch mile and got a little over excited.

He's a lucky monkey.

Hello Everybody! I have done a bit of running alongside the Thames today. My legs ache. Not a race I enjoyed, but that's mainly down to my personal likes and dislikes rather than anything wrong with the race itself. I shall blog.

It seems weird running a marathon on a Saturday, it's going to throw my whole week out. Good luck to anybody running tomorrow.

Jono.
Afternoon Fetchlings -

20 mile LRS this morning, emphasis on the slow, 9 minutes away from where I want to be - but its been a while.

don't feel too bad and the wonky left foot seems to have held up.

currently drinking pre lunch beer

Hope the roll of tissue behind Funky Monkey wasn't needed to mop up the end result of his over indulgence of cakes! ;-)

Nice distance Jono, and good discipline at keeping it slow.

Thought I'd check in and say hi. Still no running unfortunately, Achilles still sore. Great morning though marshalling at our club's 5 mile road race. Great conditions and some superb fast times. As I wasnt running I snuck an entry in for Mrs Bonners, I think she was pleased, she did a cracking time anyway :D
