A run down to Clachnaharry point yesterday before it got dark, it is one of my favourite routes and the view down there over looking the Beauly Firth is something to behold.
Good luck to all the racers this weekend.

Good luck to all racers tomorrow
Done leg 2 of the Round Rotherham Relay this morning, team currently in 1st place last I heard. probably 2 legs to go by now so keeping everything crossed! (so glad I'm on a early leg and not at then end with all the pressure!!).
Always in awe of the competitors doing the full 50 miles, maybe I'll do it one day. Will see.

"Easy" parkrun this morning, well it was once I realised I was running at marathon pace and eased off a bit!
Just want to be on the start line now.
I think the shop was removed a while ago.

Chelmsford parkrun this morning - a busy one, 640 people! It took a while to get going in that crowd.

Just realised I haven’t been on the thread since last Saturday morning! Old news now, but for what it’s worth, Doc, you’ll be pleased to know no dogs were harmed in the cancellation of our parkrun. Also, the XC was surprisingly not very muddy after all the rain we had (still horrible though).
Well done on the marathon JK, and well done to Mr JK for his 10 mile time!
Well done on your 10K westmooors - just a few hills there!
Belated happy birthday Toks!
We’ve been in Liverpool since Monday (first week off we’ve had off since last September). Had intended an easy running week, but have had conjunctivitis, and as I’m not used to running in my glasses, didn’t really feel confident doing so in an unfamiliar city. Seems that may have been the right approach, as I nearly went flying during the first mile of Crosby parkrun this morning whilst running in glasses. Still, pleased to get 2nd lady despite a rather rubbish run on what should have been fresh legs.
Good luck for Abingdon tomorrow Stu H and Flatlander, and to anyone else who is racing anywhere! Sorry, have probably missed loads in the 102 posts I’ve just read!
