I would be the world's worst tester, I just thought it looked a bit strange and forgot about it.
Fab night at club tonight. We're now back in our winter 10k route and on something like my 20th attempt managed to do my fastest time, really pleased with that. Followed up by tailrunning with a couple of new runners and a slightly shorter version. All really good fun, they both managed it all the way up the hill on their first attempt. Great night.
Finished off with pizza. All is well with the world š

I take it that's the US Boston rather than the UK one, Bez-head? (Because if it's the UK one, it's very flat but also rather dull plodding through the Lincs cabbage fields.) Congrats to Mrs B-h!
Well done, bonners.
4 miles done in very blustery conditions here in the East Mids this afternoon, dodging fallen branches, overturned wheely bins, the occasional fence panel and bazillions of conker casings.
DD1 and her OH are here. We had pie for tea.

Morning, have run 5 1/2 miles, think this running thing is coming back - that is twice this week... It is mild a a little breezy along the Thames but not raining like it was when I left home...the trouble with recovering is that i'm not burning the calories compared to a bike ride of twice the time...
