Well done everyone. I did a small 2.6 mile run before I had to head to yoga course for the whole day. We've been beasted by a 1.5 hour class, then practice teaching backbends and twists.

Well done Bonners, StuH and anyone else I may have missed who’s reached 1500 for the year :-)

Well done on your half RRR-CAZ.

Did a charity run this morning with a bunch of others from my club, which was 11 miles from Caerphilly Castle to Cardiff Castle. It wasn’t a race (not timed), but I ran with a friend from the club who lost a bit of confidence after taking a bit of a dizzy turn at the Swansea Half a couple of months back - today seems to have given him a bit of a boost ahead of the Cardiff Half next month. My highest ever mileage week this week. We’re now in Bristol for a The The gig tonight, have got tomorrow off work, and will be having a day off running too.

Outstanding mileage for the 1500 thread, well done everybody!

I ran down the delightfully-named Crab & Winkle Way this morning - a cycle path that used to be a railway line taking fresh seafood from Whitstable to Canterbury. It's a lovely run, though a lot hillier than I expected - I can't believe a train actually went up those hills.

Well done Stu on reaching the 1500, wonder what the chances are of two of us reaching the target on the same day.

@Jenny, that sounds a bit like a familiar route 😁
