I was in a burger restaurant last night and there was a bloke there who looked just like Gobi. He had a burger for main course, followed by a burger for pudding.

I think we've run out of brown paper bags - we use these for sarnies, I was going to recycle mine and keep it for tomorrow, but I've got cheese filling all over the paper.

Hello! I am home again from that there London. Lovely to have dinner with DD1 and her OH last night. We walked a lot. There were a lot of tourists but we powered strongly through them and have probably appeared on countless photos. I was very impressed by the way London runners dodged through the crowds alongside the Thames. It is my Mum's 89th birthday today. We are going to Yorkshire to see her next Tuesday, as that is the earliest she can fit us into her busy schedule She has a much more extensive and exciting social life than us, what with the day centre parties, day trips to the seaside, visits from friends and relations, lunches out with other friends - it never seems to stop! |
