It was too cloudy here on Friday as well to be able to see the blood moon.

Hope you enjoyed the Fetch mile Garfield, westmoors, and anyone else who went. I had hoped to be able to make it back to London this weekend so I could pop over for that, but it didn’t work out unfortunately.

16 miles done in the rain this morning, after parkrun in a thunderstorm yesterday. Only the third time since April that I’ve run my home parkrun.

Ran a few times round a lake in Milton Keynes today, and managed to squeeze under 6 hours for a marathon, despite hardly any training over the last few weeks (and also having managed to wrench some rib muscles yesterday, trying to close the kitchen window the lazy way, which involves leaning over the sink and using a pan to hook the handle and pull it shut).

It was very blustery and rainy in Milton K, but better that than boiling sunshine for a long run.

Well done jabberknit, I don't have any problem reaching for Windows, bottom shelves generally are what I have issue with, due to pinged back.
