Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning all.
No running today - Welsh class all day then physio appointment early evening (seems to be a day of appointments on the 1500 thread today).

Hope the scan goes well westmoors. Sounds an interesting study to be a part of Mrs J (and Doc).

So far this week I've done about 6 miles. I'm quite pleased by that.

This afternoon I'm being jelly gunged in the office for charity. It will be as bad as it sounds. Hopefully I'll report back later.

Very interesting. I’d love to volunteer but I don’t meet ANY of the criteria :-)

EVERYONE - I’m organising my club trip... can you recommend a race weekend, preferably includes a half and a full (and maybe a 10k as well) and has a parkrun nearby. So far we’ve done Liverpool and Bournemouth.

Thank you :-)

I think this week will be the biggest mileage week since the last week in July. Should break fifty miles but will have a day off on Sunday.

New Forest Marathon has full, half, 10k, 5k and kids races, all on the Sunday, no races on the Saturday. Camping is available, Brockenhurst parkrun nearby.
