So sorry to hear of your news Toks...take care. Easy 5 done on the way to pick up new (used) car with hubby...met him there then got ride home. Well, it's new compared with all our previous cars!

The Flying Fifer
Just to let people know I'll be doing the screen shots for the December round-up sometime after 11pm, so I'd appreciate if any runs still to be logged cold be uploaded by then.
After a week of flu, I shuffled my way round a final 3 mile route today, bringing my annual total to 1510.
A have to admit, what with one thing & another, 2013 hasn't been the greatest of years. So I'll be glad to kick it into touch, & I'm looking forward to a far more stable, healthy & productive one for all of my family.

Oh well guys and gals. Quite possibly my last post here on the 2013 thread. I've just posted my last run of 2013 and a very last pleasant 5 miles. Brings my total to 1591.
It's been a good year of running for me and throughly enjoyed almost every minute.
Finally, a big thanks go to jono for all his contribution, guardianship and encouragement he has provided this group. It has been greatly appreciated by me and I'm sure others.
Happy New Year to you all. I have pie and curry for tea.

A rather windy Ely 10k this morning has helped me to my second biggest month ever. Odd that because it feels like a month of failures. Just goes to show that you should keep an eye on overall trends as well as individual sessions.
