We did a collective good deed last night by heading along to help augment the band for a local carol concert. Short notice request from a friend, who didn’t really expect us to turn up. Her face was a picture as we walked into rehearsal :)

And it was a lovely evening too.

I did everything but the planks while making core. Will finish later. My good deed was letting OH have first shower after parkrun while I put the shopping away - a heroic sacrifice given how wet & cold I was 😅
