Was on a high coming home from the gym and a walk, so just got on and did today's. Off to have lunch now and there is every possibility I may fall asleep this afternoon!

Can do it on bent elbows, but struggled with straight....

Can I just check in doing this right though... Do we do the new one each day AND everything that's come before? Or just the new thing? My poor legs barely made the wall sit today! 🤣 Just wondering if I'm making things harder for myself!!! 🤞🤞

Just seen this, will join in from tomorrow but can't promise selfies! Love the idea, though I'm not sure I've ever done a burpee in my entire life so that might be a bit interesting.

I was okay with the elbows and locked out arms, but the side planks were HARD!
