Done. I am finding my side planks are a major weakness. The EffingMCs are less Effing and more flipping.

I think I’m finding the planks the hardest especially the side ones. MCs are ok now (I’m doing 50 reps per set) and I still hate burpees but they are over quick enough.

I’m finding some things have got easier - wall sit i don’t even notice now, MCs as well (though i definitely still more-than-notice those ;-) ) elbow planks, push ups and v-sits are the hardest. Burpees well let’s just not even mention those 🤣
