You guys are mental. We're at our next camp and decided to do the 12th day after a few beers and wines. 12 dicep trips. Will finish off on Christmas morning. I'm sure we'll find a suitable backdrop.

Have loved this challenge with you all.

Day 12 is finished post run and saved the burpees till last.I am impressed by the MC tally.I do them slow and in perfect form the minute I go fast the form goes so for me a low 80 for each one.

POM have loved the photos and location :)

Day 12 done. What a brilliant combination of exercises. Thanks very much FFS, you've done a fantastic job and I'm grateful for your efforts throughout this.

Day 13 this year may be twenty sets of mountain climbers too far, but tomorrow is another day and it's not called 'The Lemming' for nothing.

For those like me, who haven't a clue! ^^^

It shows some beginners variations too.

I have tinkered, I doubt I can do 12 but... I am impressed I can do one at all!

Before I collapse after doing 12 days then disappear off out into the gloom to work:
FFS, it has been a revelation! All sorts of stuff I didn't know existed! Stuff that makes me feel old, stuff that makes me feel weak ;) but most importantly I have now homed in on weaknesses I knew were there, had ignored, but now know can still be improved on!

Done! My arms suck! These have been good, though. Not doing them daily, but weekly would do me no harm at all

ZenTaoPlurp don’t frighten me like that. I’m just lolling on a chair having hauled myself back up to it on the last tricep dip!
