Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done Falcarius, 6.47 /mile pace is excellent. 2 miles steady pace to parkrun volunteering, and 10 miles post volunteering I'd impressive. Congratulations for your 206 parkrun volunteering.

A forest recovery run sounds perfect hs and 6.35 miles will do!!
As will your 14.71 miles FF, these off road jaunts sound good. I get what you mean about proper training and doing what you enjoy most.
Well done on your park run LL. Quite remarkable a woman doing 18 minutes odd at age 60 plus. From what I read that puts her in an elite category running at just under six minute miling....7.39 miling is considered elite!
Was it Paula Radcliffe?!!!
Heck, a recovery run if ten miles is something else falcarius! Well completed after your park run duties.
5k done this morning in the drizzle along some trails too. Roads quiet now the schools have finished.

I was supposed to be doing a 4-5m run at lunchtime but mother in law has messaged to ask if they can call at lunch, she'll walk the dog as f-i-l wants a quiet word with hubby followed by nothing serious.

Might nip out now for 1/2hr then meet up with her for a walk and hope it isnt anything serious.

Decided against a run now I’ll either do it tonight or switch rest days.

Thanks LL.

Thanks Steve. Well done for this mornings 5k in the drizzle.

MrHSc, well done for this mornings solo track session.

GG, I hope that the meet up with your mother in law isn't about something serious.

This morning was 7.02 miles in the forest with two running friends. It was wetter and muddier in places than expected, and we had to wade across a deepish stream at one point.
