Just over 5k today with quite a breeze blowing out there. Nice and dry though and I put in a bit more effort..heck did I feel it and thankfully hadn't worn my HRM or I'd have slowed down!

Nice one steve, running to feel can be a good thing.

I did intervals this morning, regretted setting myself away with 2/1 x 10 as 2min is a long time it seems! but once I was in the zone and settled I felt happy. 5.8m in total.

Well done Steve for this mornings 5k.

Well done for this mornings interval session GG, and running a total of 5.8 miles.

The usual Tuesday Farmers Walk this morning. No sign of the sun😕

Very nice GG, nice 11 FF I did 10.5 but over two days 😉
Well done Steve pleased your run felt good.
I have two Garmins and one always has my HR at about 20 bests higher. So I rarely take any notice.

Well done on your runs folks. I will be out later, hopefully.

I have stopped looking at my HR and now running to feel. It's better that way. On my easy runs I had my watch programmed to beep when it was high, it was annoying.
