PH - Thunder run is reason for my high mileage. I've got 7 months to get ready for it. The various marathons I've entered beforehand are dpossibly going to end up as traing or LSR's!

Just accidentally run 11.6 miles. I say accidentally because it's while since I've done the route and I was thinking it was 10.7. Enjoyed it though, although the legs may grumble a bit tomorrow.
Keep up the good work everyone

Get well Nywanda! HM-distance LSR for me today, so up to 34-and-a-half for the year - ran most of it in gorgeous sunshine under blue skies. Fylde coast sunset stunning over the last mile or so.

Hi Louis Maxy. Good to be back on the streets regularly again! A cool 2.5 this evening. Still out every day this month!

Heading out for a muddy coastal run soon. Hoping for around 12-13 miles but will see how it goes.
Quite fancy the Thunder Run as part of a team. Looks like a laugh. Will try to round some people up.

Off to trot. Wish me luck for double figures at the very least.
Haven't checked how far behind I am as news to just do what my foot will allow.
If I look I'll be tempted to carry on regardless.
