Roo .. you can do what I'm doing .. joining the 750 group .. and if you do manage to get to 1000 .. u feel extra happy cos u went 250 miles over your target! :P

Roo - I increased from around 550 to over 800 this year...would have been more if it wasn't for a cold in Jan and now! I would say as long as you are carefull it's doable....
