I’ve had a “cold” for a few days - covid test was negative - and I decided to test again today as I developed an annoying cough last night - I’ve got covid. Grrrr.

I'll make it, still have 3 planned tomorrow, then track on Tuesday (maybe around 5 in total) a 10k on Wednesday and then Thursday with the beginners will get me there.
