Christmas’ Dad
Also out in the dark last night to finally get off the mark for December 9.5/100
No Christmas house bling to be seen but plenty of sheep’s eyes glowing in the head torch 👀

I was out early too, getting my long run done. That takes me to 30.5/100. Only short runs for the rest of the week though.

Impressive, Ness. ⭐️ It’s frosty and icy here this morning, I had to miss my morning walk as it’s too hard to see the icy bits in the dark. Tomorrow and Wednesday we have another big storm coming. I’m seriously considering joining my local health club so that I have the option of the gym to see me through what’s shaping up to be a brutal winter. Mind you, the last time I forked out the money to do that a few years ago, the rest of the winter was snow-free and dry. 🤨

Can understand what you mean, Tikka. Am seriously considering getting a treadmill in January, just in case we have a spell of bad weather.

We 3Ms of Orient Are
Well done all, Frustrating, not running when you want/plan to, though!

Yesterday was a "rest" day (in the sense I didn't run anywhere!).
Apparently sitting down and driving up from Surrey is worse than running, as my back and right hip are now extremely painful and running this morning caused me to grit my teeth every time my right heel hit the floor, so I abandoned the attempt after about a quarter of a mile.

I had hoped "running it off" might work!

Lumbar support on office chair cranked to max, and ibuprofen for me today. Maybe at lunchtime ;-)

Ouch, 3M. 😒

Ness, I would love a treadmill but I live in a doll’s house and the only place I would have space to set it up is in the middle of the living room - not exactly practical when the living room is small to begin with!
