First run this year and first for a week, ten miles done on furlough Wednesday. Hopefully I'm coming back from injury.

Well done, Ness! I've just got home from work and am fortifying myself with a coffee before testing the pavements, but I can see that the little thaw there's been today has already refrozen so I'm not hopeful of doing much in terms of mileage again tonight. I'm reserving joining the group meantime, as the forecast for the foreseeable is ice and more ice so it's going to be touch and go for me reaching 100 this month. But I'm enjoying lurking, and very envious of all of you clocking up your big miles. :)

It was great, thanks.

Take care, Tikka. It’s best to be cautious. Hopefully you’ll get better running conditions soon.

4 today for 19.
No ice here, but it's still very wet and muddy underfoot.

Just did a 5k tester. Breathing felt easier than any run since I had covid and was 3 mins faster than my attempt.

Think I'm only onto 6/100 though.
