37.1/100 after a very humid 45 minutes running (with some walking) this morning. I was out later than I really wanted to be after a lovely swim at the lake first thing (plus cycling there and back as Mr CasB is off triathloning today and has the car). But it's done! Waiting for the forecast rain now.

Great running all. I’ve had a really mow week which is ok(ish) on back of last weekend and a hen weekend this week, worked Friday so missed my run and failed attempt to meet IdrisTheDragon as kicked out from hotel was earlier than expected. We were all up so left even earlier. I did think I’d run when I got back but after hen partying late into the early hours I am knackered.

Vale of York half gets me to 71/100. It was very, very, muggy and hot! 🥵 So glad I hadn't the trek up to the GNR and back to add to the effort! |

34.5/100 for me. A slow run-walk this morning - it’s hard to run and watch rugby at the same time

I talked myself into a run yesterday went to get changed and the sky was black almost managed to get the washing in before it was re-soaked. I did get out for a tiny trot before work to get my head working got in as the heavens opened. Not boding well for tonight's run. Time to dig the waterproof back out. Well done for the HM 3M. Bring back the sun please!! 45/100
