Not really feeling it after a crap night's sleep and threatening migraine last night, but got it done, and only just outside goal pace so I'll take that!

Sounds like the run commute is really working for you. (Not sure I can claim Outlaw fatigue though, I spent most of Sunday afternoon vegging on a picnic blanket by the run course eating generous supplies from M&S Food:-) )
