115 so far for me but I've had a whole week of the most awful bug....spent most of it in bed and only functional within my paracetamol window.....experienced marathoners, I have a feeling this is A Thing just after completing?

Just been doing short gentle mile each day to keep the streak going and I dont anticipate adding much before the month is out.....so frustrating!

I've never been ill post-marathon but statistically you're more likely to come down with something in the fortnight after a marathon.

hgreav, there’s a nasty gastric bug doing the rounds at the moment, I had it 10 days ago and felt dreadful for a full week. I hope you feel better soon.

Well done to all who are or will be over the line for this month. Thankfully I managed it this month but it’s not likely to happen next month as I’m now benched with a very sore lower back after slipping on some wet leaves and acorns. Walking is painful enough for now so definitely no more running this month, and next month is also on hold meantime. 🤨

On no Tikka, hope your back feels better soon.

Well done to all over the line with days to spare 👍

6.25 today takes me to 92/100, might just make it after my slow start to the month.
