Thanks to all on the thread for their support in what has been a very mixed year for me. Well done everyone on their own running and Happy New Year.

I for one have benefited greatly from your advice and encouraging words - wouldn't be the same here w/o you! Done for the month and year! 191/100 and 12/12 Not sure about next yr's goals. After a marathon in Feb think I'll back off running a bit and ride my bike more, swim too.
