Managed to get up for a long run this morning so on 75/100. Should be able to finish the year with a 💯 Mile month, 1,200 for the year.

Well done Ness..as usual! Go for it AL. Dunno about that recovery plan Fenners! Too far too soon. Even if you were a younger guy! Take it easy and get a better recovery and ease back into even better runs! Hungover runs?! Nurturing not abusing a body is the best way to better running! (ok..I'm a boring old f***!).
