28/100
late start this month followed by down time with heavy cold means I'm unlikely to make 100 this month ( or 2017k for 2017)

Since restarting running as a jogger/more relaxed runner i have missed 2 months with 90 plus. I think the streak is 39 months

Weather much milder today, looks like I'll be able to run today
Still 99 miles short of last years total, but don't see too much difficultly in getting those miles. Especially as I've only 3 shifts at work. No chance of 2300 now, however

Bloody hell Gobi..I wish I had an excuse like yours and pop out such a pace! What you call slow is my "eye balls out"! (obviously it wasn't always like this!). Great consistency again Ness--I'm just six off 1,200 for the year which was my goal after 1,000. Looks like you and I will be neck and neck..again! 60/100 after what was a miserable run (sorry...jog!) in the chilly mizzle.
