I'm well behind on 23 this month but plodding away after (unavoidable) slow start for December.

A very soggy 7+. It would probably be more accurate if I logged it as a swim π§πββοΈπ§ 44/100

Dean Lord that was a hard commute! On my bike for the first half, there was a tropical storm without the heat! I hid in a trolley shelter in Asda car park until the shelter started to lift in the wind!
The rest was just really hard work.
And I forgot to switch my watch over to running for the second part of it.

57.8/100 after a very damp speed session last night plus run there and back. We normally have 25 to 30 people, last night there were less than 15. Session was supposed to be at least 12 400m reps, we all bailed after 10 as it was cold, wet and windy and the collective group decision was that 10 was plenty in the circumstances.

42/100 now. Much nicer today - clear blue skies and a bit of a nip in the air.
And a reclaimed Conquersise zone!

A heavy legged 5.7 that I could have done without. 50/100.

7 miles gets me to 49/100. Blowy but not horrible conditions.
