Parkrun tomorrow morning... Hopefully the fireworks in the neighbourhood won't be too loud.

I’m doing the parkrun double tomorrow, though I’m sure there will be people out training long before 9am!

I'm joining the *100* club for 2019. I enjoyed a 13-month streak in 2015-2016 but spent most of 2017 and 2018 on the injured step: a few zero-mile months in 2017 but also a couple of 70s and a 90 last year. Fingers crossed for 2019.

Morning all - I decided I wasn't feeling sociable enough for parkrun so I had a lovely local run this morning instead - 4/100

parkrun done with hubby in Guildford. I've not run on grass in ages, so the first lap was a little hard for me...and the mud built up under my shoes then too. The last time I ran it I was much fitter than I currently am!
