Ah now this is more like it 🙂 Great running everyone. I've been a tad wet on most of my runs too torey but I'm more happy in most weather's if it isn't drab grey nothingness 😀 |

It was drab, dark, drizzle yet again this morning. Enjoyed it nevertheless and did another 5.5 miles starting off with head torch, tree roots rising out of pavements can take you by surprise in the dark and because I run around the perimeter of my local park those roots are everywhere!

I like to carry a light hand-light for that - the shadows are more visible with it held away from line of sight.

Definitely still dark enough for me to be on my proviz jacket and wearing my running torch. This is a photo from February last year.... It's a bit milder though so I'm quite warm with the jacket on. |

Just about on/above track... yes its so windy and wet ... must be winter... My running has been so slow this year, i hope it picks up again... soon!

12.8 miles this morning, later and light! On track although I don't get bothered when I fall behind. My head torch is fantastic and served me well on night time ultras etc over the years, it can be adjusted to any angle, up or down and the beam narrowed or broadened to suit . |
