Got back into running after my son was born in 2005. Got sort of fit again thanks to the Womens Running Network and Clairster. After Clairster left for new shores, she made me do my UKA qualifications to become a coach. The club has grown a huge amount and now exists in its own right, Nothern Sole.
So if you are ever near Didsbury and fancy a run, let me know.
Had an awful 2008, lost my Mum in her early 50's to cancer. A huge shock. I am running the Liverpool Half for her. She was a scouser in exile. :-D
Did my first Tri last year and loved it, hoping to get a few more in in 2009 too. Jsut wish I could speed up a bit.....
