Slowly slowly elephant slowly ..just about sums me and r*nning up these days - Im a much quicker (and better!) wa*ker but im having another bash at the r*nning thing using the the motivational training tools on FE ...hoping to eventually trot around the local golfy for 30 mins -ideally by christmas(08) but if not by Easter (thats 09!) It isnt fast it isnt pretty but slowly slowly elephant slowly i might just get there ..
