Took up running in 2009 and in 2012 completed my first marathon which was a huge achievement as I had always admired people who could run that distance. After being a full time mum for many years running also keeps me sane and through Harwich Runners I have met some great friends.
Now training for VLM 2013 and hope to continue injury free...
