2013 - lost some more weight and kept training more
2014 - London Marathon - done 3:15:22!!
2014 - Goals:

Embrace the pain of the 5k!
Start running twice a day at least once a week;

Sub 20 5k;
sub 40 10k;

sub 90min half marathon
