Thurlow 10. Wasn't really looking forward to it this morning, but felt like my old self running today 
A hilly and very muddy mixed terrain course and I would have been under an hour if me and Stephen Petit hadn't gone the wrong way at one point. I managed to pull away from Stephan at about 7 miles and had a good cushion by the finish, coming in first
That was so much better than last week at Peterborough, felt strong, but relaxed today. Wore my old Lunar Racers, as I cant run on the road in trail shoes, so it was a bit slippy on the muddy sections, so pleased with the pace on those bits. 1st and £80 in Sweatshop vouchers, not bad!
