Alloa half marathon. Before race i was going for 1hr 35mins but felt strong. lost abit of time at mile 10 on the hill.Happy with a strong race so early in the season but now that its over gutted i couldnt get the sub 1.30.

awe davie, don't be gutted that was a brilliant run on that course, and you will have plenty sub 1.30s this year if you can do that on the first outing :-)

Your right baz. Well I didn't think I'd be so fast today but when you get so close to a pb you always want better. I don't think I could have pushed myself anymore so can't complain!
