Helensburgh half started off well till 3-5 miles then started to pick up to a strong finish. Well happy with the time but missed the sub 1.30 by 2 secs, Just wait till the offiical times come in,Not chip timed and started in middle of pack so wonder wot clock time is!!!!

Cheers for the training tips hyper. The second half of the race i felt good so tried to push on, was happy as not done a long run since dumfermline

i doubt i'll get the sub 1.30 as i started in the middle of the pack so was a good 5 secs at start to cross the line!!
