HRM was screwed for the first mile. Realised I was going a bit fast in the fourth mile, but decided to hold on as the HR was decent. Tried to squeeze a bit of extra pace out each time I looked at my watch. Cool-down mile at the end as I was a bit pooped. 12 month records tumbling 🤓
