You should still be pleased with the 2nd ever fastest, it's still a good run
Chin up. It's a good run and still your second best ever which is pretty darn good in the big scheme of things!
You managed to pick it up again in the last 2 and a bit miles, mile 9-11 is hard. What motivates you is you, and sometimes it doesn't happen but second fastest is a fantastic achievement
Listen to what everyone is saying, 2nd ever fastest is nothing to be sneezed at. It's not always what motivates us, sometimes it's just about the day. x
