About this parkrun
Trail shoes preferable if it has been wet as a lot of this is on grass, around the edge of a football/rugby pitch. Parking super easy and two laps if my memory serves me well.twinny 28th Dec 2018
Pan flat 2 lapper which can get very muddy in places despite mainly being on firm ground. Plenty of parking.

Dead flat but can be boggy in grass sections with the usual Manchester rain. Always well attended and marshalled

Flat course, varies according to the ground conditions. Interesting park to walk round, good entertainment for the family for a morning out.

Can get very slippery when it’s been raining a lot but this was my home parkrun for years and I still have a lot of affection for it.

A flat and fast course mainly on grass and tarmac. A short loop followed by 2 larger loops to the finish.

3 laps, 1 small loop then 2 large laps on a mixture of terraine. Start on grass. Lovely route. Car park is free, there are toilets but they tend to open after start, nice cafe.

Course is 2 laps of the park. The terrain is a flat mixture of paths and grass. Sections across fields or wooded paths. In adverse weather it can be slippy but really nothing to put even novice ozff. It is definitely more interesting than many

Very muddy if it's been raining! Would wear trail shoes next time.

Lots of free parking. Toilets don't tend to be open before the start. Mixed surfaces, some grass, tarmac and good paths. In wet weather there can be some substantial puddles especially on the grass near the start.
