A flat, three lapper along the prom with added tractors towing out small boats across the route.

A flat three out and back laps along the prom. Free toilets and free parking.

3 laps along the prom mostly tarmac and a bit of grass. Nice and flat. Fastest runners come past a two way section but enough room for everyone to fit. No interruptions for tractors or lifeboats this morning!
