Dannyboy01 An excellent race although was a bit cold and windy at times. Started to struggle a bit at around 7 or 8k but managed to hang on and get the time I wanted. A decent enough course if you're after an end of year PB.

Marcus Despite waking up with a head-cold had a really good run today, and new modern-day pb. A lot of work goes into running this event and it shows. Even arriving is a pleasure - there is signing from the morotway and the marshalls assist with parking. You can have a massage before you go or after, tea, coffee, bacon baps if you like and there's a bar for a post-race pint. Excellent signing and marshalling on a fast course and a fun presentation make this race well worth entering.
