Karate Chop Reall good run. Was a bit worried about the distance as this is the longest I have run all year. Great course and friendly crowd. Definately do it again next year. Easy to see why it was in Runners World top 100 races last year at 68th. A bargain at £11. You could see where they had spent the money. Marshalls, regular drink stations, medals, t.shirts, DJ at the finish. There was a 3Km for the Kids and Parents, a 5km and a 15km so it was a great family day out which added to the feel good atmosphere. I felt great all the way round. It was my first day out for my running belt, so had a drink and a carbo gel on me, so no feeling funny during the race.

RichMallaber A brilliant race - very friendly & nice and interesting course, & very well organised. More than enough water, a T-shirt & a medal! The hog roast & DJ were a treat as well.
