About this parkrun

Tarmac path; 3 laps of a town park; flat (14m elevation gain). Limited Pay & Display parking across the ring road, or park at Morrisons. (Dec 2018)

Fast flat three lap course on tarmac. Fairly wide start line but big numbers mean plenty of lapping if you are sub 20. Plenty of swift runners if you want a competitive run. Friendly atmosphere.

Fairly flat 3-lap course around the arboretum. Tricky parking.

Very pretty area, very busy parkrun with thee laps, fortunately slower runners generally observe keeping left. A quick course.

3 lapper in the arboretum. The course takes in the lake, part of the brook, the cafe & some nice greenery. It's relatively flat with slight inclines either way, the finish being on a slight downhill. Well run by the core team. Parking is an issue.

3 lap course means th course is a bit narrow & congested at times but despite that most runners are more considerate than most places, fast downhill finish, all Tarmac, on site cafe / visitors centre which struggled with queues ai went Toby locally.

3 (and a bit) flat laps all on good paths. Toilets available before. We parked on a side street but it does say there is a free car park too.
