Definitely undulating, starts at the top of a hill, and runs around and back up it again, then a fast downhill finish to the duck pond.

Single lap although it crosses over itself. The out and back near the start gets congested. It takes in a lot of the park. Grass and tarmac. Nice cafe in the park.

A mixed 1 lap course with just a small section that overlaps. Plenty of parking and toilets available before the run.

Did this on a very windy day. Really varied course - some hills, some grass, twists and turns. One big lap. Lots of parking and loos at the sports centre. Would definitely do this again. Probably not a PB course especially in winter!

Free parking and toilets near start. 1 twisting and turning lap on paths and grass which was very wet and a little slippy in March. Lovely route and great volunteers.

One lap course, variety of surfaces, undulations and generally no idea where you'll be going next but very well marshalled so no chance of getting lost! Felt like a good workout 😃
