Whoever Steady headwind on way to Lytham windmill (really just a steady breeze) meant steady tail breeze on the way back - evened out my time nicely :-) Splits 3:55 4:02 3:55 4:01 4:04 4:04 4:02 4:04 4:04 4:01 4:00 4:00 4:02 4:04 4:04 4:06 1:04.... very pleased with even pace. Race was slightly longer than 10 miles but achieved a nice PB nonetheless. On a good cool day like today this is a dream 10 miles for a fast pace - wind dependent ! Brilliantly organised by St Annes Fire Brigade and Wesham Road Runners again.
