About this parkrun
Nice flat and fast course, unless the Troon wind catches you.That aside, and it's a good course for PB'ing. Smaller out and back,then a bigger out and back. Very friendly volunteers when I was there, with a lovely view and Scottish summer sunshine.PK 14th Jul 2019
As others have said, potentially fast and flat (get well forward, the start can be a little congested) but wind dependent. A couple of unavoidable piles of sand to run through on the long loop when I did it. Nice friendly team.

Flat and fast seafront promenade course, double out and back (short then long). Definitely a PB course in good weather conditions. Can be very exposed if the weather is bad! Also prone to big puddles if wet.
