Dan1006 Plan was to go hard for as long as the ground was good. Then I would try and get through the soft sand as quick as possible and then try and pick up speed and chase people down for the return. First part worked but then the soft sand seemed to go on forever and broke my spirit a little bit. Tried desperately to find solid ground but probably just extended my distance excessively.
