boyband6666 After a disappointing outing at Reading, I wanted to try and go sub 1.30 before London. The course was very dull, and I didn't get the time (and found it very boring), I also realised I was not fully recovered from injury

Capricorn PB by a minute - helped by a perfect flat course (4 laps of Dorney Lake - which weren't quite as bad as I expected). New event - but brilliant organisation etc. Highly recommended for a pb attempt.
