R.I.C.O. Started off very fast but the humidity was rather overwhelming, I died off a bit on the 2nd large lap but its still a pb, so I'm happy. Nice t-shirt too!

Runningheva 1m 6.51 2m 7.04 3m 7.43 4m 7.19 5m 7.30 Averaged under 7 mpm for the first 2 miles then really lost it in the hillier third mile. Expected Broken Toes to come past me at any moment so motivated myself to get the speed back up for the last two miles. Satisfied with the time, rather than pleased with it. Won my age group.

Dowse Wooohooo! Should have bet on myself, slowly getting faster. Chased Seagrave for most of it until he caught sight of me and ran off, his Fetch shirt attracted Brokentoes and Runningheva who both came over and said hi. Big hello to the Fetchie lady who was yelling supportive things from the side.
