sango Firstly congratulations to all that took part!!My first Ultra!felt really good throughout was in 3rd/4th place at around 27-30m got bitten by 2 dogs one on the ankle the other on my thigh after this I went off course (around 2 miles) which I was not impressed with (I am a rubbish map reader). I eventually found my way back on course with some guidance from a nice gentleman from woodstock running club. I refocused however on a run like this I realised that you have little chance of making up much ground once you have lost it. Went to A+E had tetnus jab and was prescribed antibiotics. I did enjoy this race very much even with my own distractions.
