Chrisull 34.30 at half way feeling good, but too many races, injuries, stress and exhaustion prevailed and the last 2 miles were rubbish.

smoke free will see how plymouth goes - this is 'target' race though UPDATE - despite, quite simply the worst week I decided I owed it to my sister to go and do this and I ran like the wind!!!

garfieldhouse Estimate that I will be doing 8 minute miles for this race, so my prediction includes this, plus a little bit extra in case I'm slow. I haven't done any ten mile events before, so this should be a PB whatever. UPDATE 29/03/09 3PM: I had a great race, conditions were excellent and I managed to finish in a good position. Very happy with the course, well organised and a great support from the spectators. Would easily do this again. Weather was a bit warm for some but OK for me. PB at 01-17-11 may be tricky to beat in future though, but let's worry about that when the time comes!
